Privacy Policy

Last updated October 6, 2026

This page explains what data this website collects and what happens to it. It's short because the site is simple. If something here changes, the date above changes with it.

What we collect

We collect user data in two situations:

  • When you email us. Every call to action on this site opens your own email client. If you write, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use that only to reply and to keep track of the conversation.
  • Server logs. The provider that hosts this site may record standard web server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use these only to keep the site running and to detect abuse.

The site has no sign-up, no accounts, no cookies set by us, no analytics and no tracking pixels. There is nothing to opt out of because nothing is tracked.

Third parties

One third party can see some of your data when you load this site:

  • The hosting provider. Whoever serves this site can see the server logs described above.

Fonts are served from this site itself, so no font provider sees your requests. No SDKs, payment processors, analytics tools or advertising networks are included. If that changes, this list will be updated before the change goes live.

Artificial intelligence

The website itself does not use AI to process anything you do on it. The product described on this site, D3, is a concept that would use large language models to plan security checks, connect evidence and write remediation. It doesn't exist yet. If and when it does, it will have its own privacy policy that names the AI providers that receive data and what data they receive.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept as long as the conversation is useful, and deleted when you ask. Server logs are kept according to the hosting provider's default retention.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email me@enriccogemha.dev and we'll handle it directly.
